Nothing like a last minute decision to embark on yet another adventure right in our backyard. Last week Dakota and I joined her Aunt Eva and cousin Emily to spend the morning at Kinder Farm Park.

It boasts a massive playground plus a sweet little zoo full of farm animals like goats, pigs, sheep, cows, chickens, roosters and turkeys. We were lucky to arrive when staff brought out the goats on leashes for the children to pet. Naturally, Dakota LOVED all of the animals and enjoyed spending time with her cousin.
